This makes the WA-FT Fen Tone also suitable for less loud sources such as acoustic guitars, strings and even vocals, without needing an extreme amount of gain. Of course, this in-line Warm Lifter features high-quality Cinemag transformers, so it's certainly not a compromise on tone.

The ribbon in the Fen-tone is 99.1% aluminum, 1.8 microns thick and specially made in Japan for exceptional accuracy and performance. Attached to the ribbon is a rare-earth Neodymium magnet designed to create a powerful magnetic field that captures intricate details in the midrange with precision. The ribbon and magnet are complemented by a U.S.-made CineMag transformer, which delivers iconic ribbon tones with modern reliability.
