The Yamaha YDM505 is a dynamic vocal and speech microphone. It is a good basic microphone with a clear, transparent sound. The microphone is solidly built and can take a beating. The microphone is ideally suited for use in a rehearsal room, on stage or for recording purposes, for example.
Custom cardioid module:
The YDM microphone has a specially designed cardioid capsule (kidney characteristic) that captures the sound flawlessly and wide, for a crystal-clear sound.
Isolator that reduces handheld noise:
The microphone is equipped with an advanced isolator that greatly reduces vibrations from handheld noise and other external sources. This keeps your sound clear and beautiful of sound.
Good grip:
The microphone was created by musical instrument design experts and follows a sophisticated design that incorporates the smooth curves of a wind instrument. The top of the grip is accented with a silver ring, giving it a distinctive design. The microphone has a good grip and is very comfortable to hold.
The microphone is also not too heavy making it easy to handle.
Grill:
It may happen that you drop the microphone. Or maybe the head got dirty? Fortunately, the grill is available separately so you can always replace it. Handy!
The microphone comes with microphone clamp (with 5/8" to 3/8" inch adapter) and a black protective bag.
