Arturia Minilab 3 Champagne

The Arturia MiniLab 3 Champagne is a compact MIDI keyboard controller for producers, musicians, and content creators. This special edition combines the familiar MiniLab 3 workflow with a champagne-colored finish and RGB-backlit pads. With 25 velocity-sensitive slim-key keys, pads, encoders, faders, and direct DAW control, you have the most important music production functions right at your fingertips.

Direct control over your music software
The MiniLab 3 Champagne features eight rotary knobs, four faders, and eight velocity- and pressure-sensitive pads. The pads are divided into two banks, giving you a total of sixteen assignable pad functions. The RGB lighting indicates which functions, clips, or sounds are active. Use the display and the clickable browser button to navigate through presets and settings. Changes are displayed immediately on the screen, so you don’t have to look at your computer screen as often while producing.

Integration with Your DAW
Thanks to special scripts, the MiniLab 3 works seamlessly with popular DAWs. You can control transport functions, tracks, and software parameters from the controller, among other things. For other music software, DAW Transport Control is available via the MCU protocol. You can also save your own presets to customize the controls to suit your workflow. Integration with Arturia software provides direct access to Analog Lab’s features. This allows you to browse presets, select sounds, switch between parts, and control assigned parameters using the knobs and faders.

Melody-Creation Features The built-in arpeggiator converts played notes into rhythmic patterns. With Chord Mode, you can play full chords from a single key, and the Hold function lets notes or arpeggios sustain. Using the octave and transpose knobs, you can access a range wider than the 25 keys and transpose in half-step increments. Two capacitive touch strips control pitch bend and modulation. This keeps the control panel compact while allowing you to shape your sounds as you play.

USB-C, MIDI, and pedal jack
The MiniLab 3 Champagne connects to a computer or iPad via USB-C and is powered through the same connection. The 5-pin MIDI output lets you control synthesizers, sound modules, and other MIDI devices. This port can also be configured as MIDI Thru. The pedal input is compatible with a sustain pedal, expression pedal, or footswitch. You can configure the function of this connection via the Arturia MIDI Control Center.

’sCompact Design With a width of 35.6 cm and a weight of 1 kg, the MiniLab 3 Champagne fits on a small desk and is easy to take with you. The housing is made from at least 50% recycled plastic, and the packaging is made entirely from recycled materials. Arturia provides a five-year manufacturer’s warranty upon registration.

Complete Software Package The MiniLab 3 Champagne comes with software that lets you start making music right away. Analog Lab Intro includes over 500 curated synthesizer and keyboard sounds. Ableton Live Lite offers a complete environment for recording, arranging, and producing. UVI Model D adds a sampled concert grand piano. You’ll also receive Native Instruments Komplete 15 Select, where you can choose from the Beats, Band, or Electronic bundles. Also included are a Loopcloud subscription with two sample packs, a trial subscription to Melodics with bonus lessons, and Arturia MIDI Control Center.
