With lots of “woahs” and “poahs”—and above all, great excitement—we’re proud to present the first run of the Headless Metal V. Essentially, this is a blend of two existing models: the wildly popular Headless Goliath and the aggressive Metal V. This Headless variant truly offers every exotic and extreme feature you could possibly wish for, with its Randy Roads-esque, aggressive body shape, multiscale design, headstock-less construction, and the option of 6, 7, and now even 8 strings. What a beast!

And in addition to its futuristic and extreme appearance, the GTR Headless Metal V is, above all, beautifully crafted, luxuriously finished, and packed with high-end features. The extremely lightweight body is crafted from a single piece of swamp ash and finished with a premium flamed maple veneer. This veneer isn’t just visible beneath the see-through burst finish—it’s also beautifully highlighted as a sleek natural pinstripe that accentuates the body’s pointed shape. The set neck is made from three pieces of rock maple and features an ebony fingerboard with stainless steel frets and Luminlay side dots.
This 7-string model features a multiscale range of 25.5" to 27.8", and the pickups are a set of Ormsby Blizzard and Concordia humbuckers with white caps. The well-known multiscale, headless tuner bridge has a chrome finish, specifically designed to complement this awesome Pine Lime white-to-lime green burst finish, with a tasteful natural finish on the bevel, sides, and back.
