Palmer ORBIT 11 White

The Palmer ORBIT 11 is an active coaxial 3-way studio monitor for mixing, mastering, post-production, sound design, broadcasting and content creation. The coaxial True Point Source design combines a 6.5-inch midrange driver and a 1-inch tweeter on one acoustic axis. This ensures constant 120° x 120° dispersion and a stable stereo image within the entire listening area. Thanks to the controlled dispersion, the sound balance remains consistent and your mix translates reliably to other systems. The cardioid front baffle limits energy at the rear, reducing reflections and unwanted interaction with the room.

Bass is provided by two impulse-compensated 8-inch woofers in a sealed, die-cast aluminum enclosure with a wall thickness of 5 to 16 mm. This construction neutralizes mechanical forces and limits cabinet vibration. The result is a tight and deep low that extends to 28 Hz.

The internal signal processing operates at 96 kHz / 24-bit with FIR filtering. This ensures linear phase reproduction and time-coherent integration of the drivers so that the entire frequency range sounds as one. For quick setup, the top features a clear control panel with direct access to the input pad, 3-band EQ, Desk and Rear Wall presets and an 80 Hz high-pass filter. Connections include a balanced XLR line input and AES3 via XLR, including AES3 Thru output for looping through multiple monitors.

For wall or ceiling mounting, the ORBIT 11 features threaded mounting points and an M8 eye bolt point for security mounting. The monitor is compatible with the Gravity Tilt-and-Swivel Mount GSPWMBS20B.

The ORBIT 11 was developed in Germany and built for accurate monitoring with time-coherent display and extended low range.
