The Roland JU-06A brings everything you love about vintage JUNOs into one synth. And there's plenty of reason to be a fan of vintage JUNOs, these synths produce the sound of the 80's according to many. Because there was a huge demand for these vintage synths, Roland came up with a new version. With the same sound, look and features of both the JUNO-60 and JUNO-106 but in a modern and portable version.

What makes this unit so special is the classic oscillator for block, pulse and sawtooth, a sub-oscillator and noise. All sounds go through an HPF so that a woolly, big sound that normally makes your speaker vibrate has a somewhat lower energy. This makes your overall sound a lot more stable and pleasing to the ear. There is also a lowpass filter and the envelope.

The familiar chorus from the original JUNO devices is also there and in two variants as well as a delay effect, arpeggiator and sequencer. This makes the Roland JU-06A a basic virtual analog synthesizer that is perfect for keyboardists in a band.
