The ART dPDB is a two-channel passive DI box that allows you to convert unbalanced instrument, line or speaker signals to balanced XLR outputs. Ideal for use on stage or in the studio. Each input sends the signal to a balanced, transformer-isolated XLR output and a parallel Thru output, so you can simultaneously loop through to an amplifier on stage. Both channels feature a ground-lift switch to prevent hum, and offer up to 40 dB of attenuation.
Because the dPDB is designed to be completely passive, no power supply is required. This makes it particularly suitable for active instruments such as keyboards, synths and guitars or basses with built-in preamp. The solid steel housing ensures reliable, tour-resistant operation.
ART dPDB features:
- 2 independent channels
- 6.35 mm TS inputs with parallel Thru outputs
- balanced XLR outputs
- switchable attenuation (-20 dB / -40 dB) per channel
- ground-lift switch per channel
- fully passive design - no power supply needed
- solid steel housing
