The Austrian Audio OD505 WL1 is designed specifically for live-sound stage use. A robust microphone head that combines the advantages of a dynamic microphone with the tonal finesse of a condenser microphone.
For both backing and lead vocals, this puts you on the right wavelength thanks to its natural sound and excellent audio signal.This microphone provides pristine, natural and resonance-free sound without color courtesy of Open Acoustics Technology. The active circuit provides high output and consistent sound.
In many live situations, ambient noise is a major problem. This is why a supercardioid polar pattern was chosen for the OD505. This optimally dampens unwanted interference and focuses on your voice. Drums or other loud instruments in the immediate vicinity are thus not amplified by the microphone.
This combined with the freedom of a wireless mic makes the OD505 WL1 ideal for the stage!
