This Limited Edition AC422CE is a significant step up from the standard AC422CE. The AC422 Limited Edition has a solid Sitka Spruce top, same as the standard version. The back and sides however are made of Koa (instead od rosewood on the standard model). Koa is a tonewood deeply tied to the Hawaiian guitar-making tradition, prized for its golden hues and stunning grain patterns. Tonally, Koa offers the perfect blend of warmth, midrange punch, and sparkling highs. As the guitar opens up over time, the Koa will develop an even richer, more resonant tone, making this guitar a true lifetime instrument. The balance between the warmth of the koa and the clarity of the spruce top makes this guitar versatile across genres, excelling in everything from fingerstyle and flatpicking to strumming. 

This AC422CE also comes equipped with an LR Baggs EAS pickup.  The guitar comes with original Deluxe  hardcase and documents.
