The AC series are Eastman's acoustic collection back on the map when it comes to modern design and sound. This 922 Grand Auditorium features so many wonderful hi-end details and specifications, simply to lick your fingers at. The sound is crisp and clear with rich dynamics and plenty of body. Regarding tone-woods, the AC922 features a solid Engelmann spruce top and a beautiful solid rosewood sides and back.
The finish combined with the beautifully detailed inlays and gorgeous bindings, makes this guitar look tremendously classy. The neck is mahogany with an ebony fingerboard that features beautiful "tree of life" inlays. Eye-catching new features are the ebony bevel cut and the extra projection sound hole in the top shoulder of the guitar. The former is fitted for playing comfort, the latter feature makes the guitar sound big and very rich and simply passes more tone to the player.
The AC922 comes standard with an LR Baggs Element VTC (volume & tone control) and of course comes with an Eastman hardcase.
