Designed for fast playing and effortless position changes, the neck has a compound profile with a 9.5"-14" compound-radius fingerboard, ideal for all playing styles. Beginning with a modern "C" shape at the new real bone nut, the profile gradually changes along the length of the neck to a modern "D" shape at the rounded neck foot, providing comfortable fret hand support. Posiflex graphite rods run the entire length of the neck, providing additional stability while preventing warping due to temperature and humidity variations.

The HiMass Vintage bridge increases the attack and resonance of notes for thunderous bass lines with tremendous punch and endless sustain, and allows for both top-load and string-through-body stringing. As a vintage detail, the neck pin adjustment screw has been moved to the end of the neck for easier access, making adjusting neck curvature a breeze.
