The Roland Fantom-06 offers the possibilities of software with the direct access and stability of hardware. We start with the spacious touch-screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720, which almost gives you the idea that you are working at a computer. The operation of the Fantom is very graphic and the sound is awesome thanks to the ZEN-Core engine.

There are 256 oscillators / voices with which you can do whatever you want such as making stacks of up to eight, but also less, oscillators per voice. Furthermore, you make use of SuperNATURAL engines which provide realistic sounds and you can use the Roland Cloud expansions to expand your sound arsenal considerably. There are also a lot of effects and a built-in vocoder that you can use with your own line microphone.

Another nice feature is that you can fill 2 gigabytes with your own samples created with the keyboard or pads. The built-in audio interface allows you to interface the Fantom with your computer later on with MIDI and audio. There is also a multi-track pattern-sequencer with which you can conveniently create your own grooves

As you can hear, with this synth almost anything is possible. It combines the tonal power and smooth workflow of the Fantom series in a compact instrument that is easily portable. That way, it doesn't matter where you get inspired anymore!
