The integrated Super Knob and Motion Control functions give you complete control over your sound. The Super Knob lets you control multiple parameters simultaneously - perfect for making sounds move, modulate or completely transform while playing. The MODX M7's controls are designed for speed and overview. The 7-inch color touchscreen displays sounds, effects and settings clearly and intuitively. With eight illuminated faders, four assignable knobs, eight Scene switches and physical Pitch Bend and Modulation Wheels, adjust sounds instantly. Seamless studio and DAW integration
The Yamaha MODX M7 is not only a stage instrument, but also a full-fledged USB audio/MIDI interface. Via a single USB cable, you send up to 10 channels of audio out and 4 channels in (24-bit / 44.1 kHz). So you can record directly into your DAW, without a separate sound card. The included Cubase AI software and download code for Yamaha's Expanded Softsynth Plugin (ESP) allow you to use the MODX M as a software plugin in your computer, perfectly in sync with the hardware. There are also classic MIDI in/out ports, A/D inputs for external audio and connections for foot pedals and sustain - everything you need for studio and live.
