Singular Sound BeatBuddy 2 is the successor to the well-known BeatBuddy pedal drum machine. This second generation offers more features, better performance and a host of new functions for guitarists, songwriters and solo artists. With an updated user interface, a larger 2.4-inch TFT LCD screen, four times the capacity for drum sets and the new Autopilot interactive backing track system, you'll bring a complete drummer to your pedalboard. Thanks to the multidirectional navigation pad and the updated BeatBuddy Manager Online software, you work faster and more clearly than ever. When combined with an expression pedal or the 6-button SuperSwitch, control becomes even more comprehensive. The built-in headphone jack makes quiet practice easy. Whether you're rehearsing, writing or performing, the BeatBuddy 2 is ready.

Your own drummer on command
The BeatBuddy 2 feels like a personal drummer under your feet. Standard features include 13 drum sets, 24 music genres and more than 220 styles. You also have access to a huge library of time signatures, including non-standard time signatures such as 5/4 and 7/8. All grooves are played in by professional drummers and not sequenced, preserving the natural playing feel. The recordings are made in 44.1kHz/24-bit true stereo studio quality. Through Singular Sound's Beat Boutique, expand the system to approximately 300 drum sets and up to 3 million songs. With the updated BeatBuddy Manager Online software, you can easily create your own songs and drum sets. The included 4GB Class 10 SD card is expandable up to 32GB, giving you plenty of storage for all your content.

Complete hands-free control
The integrated footswitches give you complete control over your performance. Start and stop songs, activate count-ins, add accents and switch smoothly between different song parts. You control transitions and fills directly while playing. Connect an expression pedal and the 6-button SuperSwitch simultaneously via the two available multiports. This allows you to control tempo, volume, half time and double time, among other things. This allows you to tune each groove precisely to your playing style. The new multidirectional navigation pad makes browsing through menus and setlists easy. Thanks to digital dry-through bypass switching, you play without noticeable latency.

Autopilot interactive backing tracks
New to this generation is the Autopilot system. This feature automatically controls the length of song parts, the timing of fills and the end of a song. You use it as a smart interactive backing track that plays along with you. If you want to deviate or improvise, you instantly take control. This makes the BeatBuddy 2 suitable for both tightly structured songs and free jams.

Larger screen and redesigned interface
The 2.4-inch Thin-Film Transistor LCD screen provides more visual feedback while playing. Combined with the redesigned user interface, you'll navigate through settings, songs and drum sets faster. You can clearly see where you are within a song and adjust parameters instantly when needed.

Extensive connectivity
The BeatBuddy 2 features ample connectivity. On board you'll find two 6.35 mm TS inputs, two 6.35 mm mono (L/R) outputs and two full-size 5-pin MIDI inputs and outputs. The 6.35 mm headphone output enables silent practice. Stable MIDI integration lets you easily link the pedal to other MIDI equipment or a looper for synchronized performances.

With four times the sample capacity for larger drum sets and extensive expansion options, the BeatBuddy 2 is a complete rhythm solution in compact size.
