The Roland SPD-SX PRO is a Sampling Pad for professional live drummers. After years of feedback on the original product, the SPD-SX, Roland now comes out with a sampler that meets all the needs of a modern drummer.
The new SPD-SX PRO is packed with features and excels in reliability, sound quality, creativity and the included software. For example, you can use the included Editor App that includes 1550 internal sounds, 200 kits and the ability to edit your layers.
Poorly lit stages are no longer a problem thanks to the adjustable LED bars that you can give their own color. The 4.3-inch color LCD screen and backlit buttons also ensure that you can drum with confidence in any environment. The three shoulder pads are sensitive and, regardless of the angle of the sampler, deliver even-sounding hits!
Internally, the Roland SPD-SX PRO works with a resolution of 48 kHz and 16 bit, new is that the sampler also supports other audio formats and corrects internally. So converting files yourself is no longer necessary to achieve the correct resolution!
The balanced Master and Direct outputs make your signal sound crystal clear, even over longer distances. The additional outputs can be routed and assigned in the software, which will please your sound engineer! With the internal audio/MIDI interface you can record up to 8 channels and playback 12 channels
