The DXR10mk3 combines a newly developed 10-inch LF woofer with a 1.75-inch HF compression driver and a 2000-watt Class-D amplifier. This delivers clear, powerful sound with a frequency range of 53 Hz to 20 kHz and a maximum sound pressure of 132 dB SPL.

Use the Yamaha DXR10mk3 as a compact front-of-house speaker, floor monitor, speech amplifier or part of a mobile sound set. The built-in DSP with 96 kHz processing, FIR-X tuning and Drive Motion Calibration ensures a tight sound, good phase response and controlled low-end reproduction. Reliable design
The Yamaha DXR10mk3 is the most compact speaker in the DXR mk3 series. The cabinet is light enough for mobile use, but solidly built for regular transport, stage use and fixed installations. The 10-inch woofer delivers a tight bass response, while the 1.75-inch compression driver provides clear highs and good intelligibility. Together, they give the DXR10mk3 enough projection for vocals, instruments, DJ sets, backing tracks and presentations. The redesigned horn construction improves dispersion over a wide frequency range. Optimized port placement helps reduce cabinet resonances and standing waves, keeping the low end controlled even at higher volumes. The injection-molded plastic enclosure features a symmetrical design, making the speaker well suited for use as a floor monitor as well. The dual stand flange allows the speaker to be positioned straight or with a downward tilt of -7°.

DSP with FIR-X and Drive Motion Calibration
The Yamaha DXR10mk3 uses internal DSP processing at 96 kHz. This processing ensures high resolution, low latency and stable sound reproduction. Yamaha's Advanced FIR-X Tuning uses linear phase FIR filters for the crossover network and correction EQ. This closely matches the woofer and driver, with fewer phase problems and less distortion around the crossover point. Drive Motion Calibration corrects the motion of the LF driver. This allows the woofer to follow the input signal more accurately and keeps the low end tighter and more linear. This is especially important in live vocals, speech and music reproduction where definition and control are needed. As a result, the DXR10mk3 maintains its clarity and pressure even when the speaker has to work harder.

Quick operation with LCD screen, Bluetooth and D-Remote app
The Yamaha DXR10mk3 is designed for quick set-up and easy operation. On the back is an easy-to-read LCD screen with encoder. It allows you to control presets, equalizer settings, delay, routing and system parameters without complicated menus. Up to eight user presets can be stored so you can quickly recall settings for locations or applications. Bluetooth lets you stream audio, and the D-Remote app lets you control the speaker remotely from an iOS or Android device. The app provides access to features such as level, delay, equalizer, crossover, feedback cancellation, ducker, identification, panel lock and save or recall scenes. You can also check limiter status, temperature and error messages. Up to ten devices can be paired, with group control for level and mute.

Suitable for front-of-house and monitoring
The DXR10mk3 features DSP modes for different applications. FOH/MAIN is intended for use as a main speaker and amplifies the high and low frequencies for a fuller sound. MONITOR is tuned for floor monitor use and helps reduce excess bass that can occur when the speaker is on the floor. The AUTO V/H POSITION function uses an internal accelerometer to recognize the position of the speaker and choose the correct setting. For speech and live use, intelligent feedback suppression is a key advantage. The system can reduce feedback in real time for handheld and fixed microphones.
