With its alder semi-hollow thinline body, Gotoh tremolo and pickups (Seymour Duncan STR52 single coils and SM-1b mini humbucker), the sound is very "Strat-like", light and twangy. At the same time, the set neck with ebony fingerboard and relatively short scale of 24.75" gives an distinguised LP-like feel. And in that context, with the Bedford on your lap, the 3/3 symmetrical headstock with Grover Super Rotomatic locking tuners will give you that same feeling.
