SplitKing Pickups
The innovative Split/King coil concept, which expands a true singlecoil into a full-fledged humbucker with a finely tuned separate coil, allows you to use both pickup sounds at the touch of a button. The Split/King includes a true, full-size singlecoil pickup that can stand on its own compared to a regular split humbucker. It's not just 2 pickups; it's actually 4! This pickup is the epitome of Duesenberg's component design and delivers maximum versatility.
The two mode-select switches on the bottom of the pickguard can be raised or lowered with a small elevator mechanism. This allows you to set them high when you want them easily accessible, or low when you want to adjust your tone without them getting in the way.
