The Electro-Voice ELX200 15P powered speaker is designed to deliver more power and features than their predecessors. This ELX200 15-inch 2-way powered speaker consists of a strong, internally reinforced composite enclosure with an ergonomic three-lever design and M10 suspension points. On the front is a Signal Synchronized Transducer (SST) waveguide that aligns the woofer and tweeter in time. The speaker can be controlled and tuned via the app-controlled QuickSmartDSP.

Heavyweight speaker in a portable form
The ELX200 delivers powerful sound thanks to its extra-efficient low-distortion Class-D amplification. But don't worry: loading and unloading is a breeze thanks to the lightweight but strong composite cabinet construction with internal bracing. These cabinets also feature a 3-handle design that gives you comfortable carrying options to reduce strain. And if you fly your speakers, you can easily remove the covers on the M10 suspension points to install forged eyebolts.

SST designfor improved acoustics
The horn of the ELX200 speaker is placed more forward compared to other conventional designs,. This aligns the LF and HF transducers more precisely in time, resulting in improved sound quality. This design, called Signal Synchronized Transducer (SST), also provides a more compact enclosure, a larger waveguide for better control of the dispersion pattern, deeper bass response and less distortion and standing waves in the speaker enclosure. All this results in better acoustics with lower weight and footprint.
