Korg MW2408

The Korg MW2408 is a 24-channel mixer with preamp. Its design comes from the legendary Greg Mackie and Peter Watts who created a hybrid, analog mini-console that makes creative mixing easy. Both the 16-channel variant (the MW1608) and this variant give you full control, which is handy when you're mixing live. Also the sound quality and user features are better than those of competing brands in this price range.

The legendary Trident Technology also plays an important role in the MW2408. This technology is known from hundreds of albums including "White Album" by The Beatles, "Rated R" by Rihanna and "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" by Elton John.

The Korg also uses the latest SoundLink. This mixer has Mute Groups. So you can instantly call up different groups on stage. Even if it's four bands at once - you're in control. If you want to monitor your own instrument through an in-ear or floor monitor, you can also use the "SoundLink's Musician's Phone" feature. This lets you control the boost for the left/right mix to your track with one button. The DSP settings are easy to find, there is a 31-band/9-band ParaGraphic equalizer and also the 24 Korg FX functions such as the Limiter, Compressor and Noise Gate
