The E-series / Traditional Series by Eastman are all based on the iconic steelstring guitar from the "pre war golden-era". And so, you'll find the traditional body shapes like dreadnoughts, OM's, OOO's and OO's only for this series.
The 12 fret Parlor model is perhaps the most characteristic steelstrings of them all. Both in sound and looks. Due to the small body it has this distinctive "boxy" sound, but powerfull low-end as well. Really nice for fingerstyle playing or open tuned bottle neck stuff. Like all the E10 series steelstrings it has a solid Adirondack spruce top, solid mahogany back and side, 3-piece mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and hand carved scalloped X-bracing. The simple but elegant and traditional looks are just to die for and the sunburst finish is a must have on this guitar if you ask us!
