The Sennheiser e902 is a dynamic instrument microphone designed specifically for deep bass frequencies such as kick drums, bass guitar amps and tuba. The E 902 has a very robust metal housing, making it well suited for live sound applications. The diaphragm is housed in an advanced shock-mount system to minimize background noise.

The frequency spectrum of this microphone has pronounced attenuation around the midrange, accentuating both highs and lows. This results in a clear and raw sound with a full body. It gives exactly the punch and sound to e.g. a kick or bass instrument that you want to hear over your speaker system.
