The Yamaha Revstar RSP20B 60th Anniversary is an exclusive limited edition electric guitar developed in honor of Yamaha's 60th anniversary. This anniversary model combines high quality Japanese craftsmanship with a luxurious finish and a thoughtful design focused entirely on playing comfort, tone and stability. The Noble Black Burst finish on the flamed maple top gives the guitar a stylish, classy look, while the chambered mahogany body provides lower weight, warm resonance and excellent balance at the strap.
The glued mahogany neck is constructed in three parts and additionally reinforced with carbon, resulting in a stable neck construction with plenty of sustain and a tight playing feel. With a 629 mm scale and rosewood fingerboard, this guitar plays instantly familiar. The 22 jumbo frets made of stainless steel contribute to smooth playability and longevity. The fingerboard radius of 30.5 cm makes both chords and solos comfortable across the neck.
Powerful and versatile sound
The Revstar RSP20B is equipped with two Yamaha VH5 Alnico V humbuckers. These pickups were carefully developed after extensive testing with different combinations of windings, magnets and materials. The result is a clear, powerful and well-defined sound with plenty of body. Thanks to the 5-way element switch and the Focus push/pull function on the tone control, the sound palette is particularly wide: from open and transparent to full, focused and powerful, suitable for a variety of playing styles and musical genres. The Focus switch adjusts the resonant frequency of the sound and gives the signal extra power, ideal both for warm, rounded sounds and for driving an amp towards overdrive. Combined with the high-quality electronics, the sound always remains controlled and musical.

Stability and playing comfort
Reliable and high-quality components were chosen for the hardware. The Tune-o-matic LP-3B bridge and Racing Tailpiece provide a solid foundation and good string transfer. The Goldo G5 vibrato enables expressive playing techniques, while the Gotoh locking tuners guarantee excellent tuning stability, even with intensive tremolo use. From the factory, the guitar is strung with D'Addario EXL110 strings in thicknesses .010 - .046.
This Yamaha Revstar RSP20B 60th Anniversary comes complete with hardshell guitar case and an official certificate of authenticity (CoA). A special anniversary model that will appeal not only to collectors, but especially to guitarists looking for a comfortable-playing guitar with a rich tone and distinct look.
