The striking Spalted Maple top not only looks amazing but complements the Mahogany body to produce a very balanced tone – warm, rich, and full yet cutting, defined and punchy.
Designed with today’s metal sounds in mind, the EMG RetroActive Super77 pickups provide a very clear high output with superb articulation and focus on the low strings and a singing high-end.
The strings-thru-body hardtail bridge improve sustain as well as enhancing resonance through the Mahogany body. The simple 1 volume, 1 tone and 3-way toggle switch controls provide a variety of great sounds and allows you to focus on your playing.
Jatoba is a very dense and stiff wood that makes it ideal for the fingerboard usage. Jatoba produces strong fundamentals and volume projection with an emphasis on the high-mids. The new “Raindrop” fingerboard inlay designed specifically for this model provides a distinctive look.
