Yamaha TF5 (B-stock)

A compact, mobile digital mixing console. This is a mixing console with beautiful sound quality and very high reliability. As many as 8 effect processors can be loaded. If you connect the TF mixer to a wireless router (optional), you can control the TF remotely with, for example, an iPad. But did you know; this can be done with 10 users simultaneously. This means that you can also give e.g. musicians access to the TF mixer (with a personal login code). The user then only gets access to his monitor mix and can make his own adjustments (the rest of the table is not accessible). That really is an insane feature!

The Yamaha TouchFlow Operation is a user interface concept developed to make live mixing really intuitive and easy, using a touch-sensitive LCD screen and a "Touch & Turn" working mode: point and set. Further user-friendly features include the 1-button COMP and 1-button EQ that allow a complete compressor/equalizer to be set with a single knob, the automatic GainFinder that quickly sets the correct gain for an input, and the QuickPro Preset with default settings for Shure, Sennheiser and Audio Technica microphones.

The TF series comes with built-in D-pre microphone preamps; all models come standard with eight mono mix busses, 6 stereo mix busses and a master LCR mix buss, 8 effects and 10 graphic equalizers. Additional inputs can be achieved via a Dante network using an optional 64-channel NY64-D Dante interface card and up to three Tio168-D 16-channel stage boxes.

The TF5 is equipped with a USB interface that allows up to 34 channels to be recorded and played back by a computer without the need for an audio interface. The program "Cubase AI" is even included. Also, the TF can record and playback directly to and from a USB flash drive, stereo.
