The Premier DC is D'angelico's entry-level double cut, center block / semi-hollowbody. Or in other words; an ES 339-type type following a classic recipe, but with its own twist and above all very well done.

And that certainly applies to the Premier DC as well, with which you can handle basically any genre without feeling like "neither meat nor fish."
