Eastman's E-series / Traditional Series are based on the iconic steel-string guitar from the "pre-war golden-era". And so you'll find traditional body shapes like dreadnoughts, OMs, OOOs and OOs.
Slope shoulder dreadnought are simply attractive...this model breathes the history of the acoustic flattop western guitar. The E10SS is Eastman's version of a J50 with the iconic J45 body shape. It has a solid adirondack spruce top, solid mahogany sides and back, 3-piece mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and hand-carved scalloped X-bracing. It sounds fat, "bassy" and loud; the ultimate choice for the flatpicker, strummer and accompanist. Totally hitting the mark is the tastefully aged look of this vintage antique varnish / "V" version!
