The specifications and variety are not that different from the other big brands like Tama, Pearl or Yamaha; the AQX has poplar shells and is available in various configurations, complete with cymbals and hardware pack or not, but Sonor always throws in a little more finesse, solidity and a higher level of finishing. And that quality level can be seen and heard As Sonor says; "Your journey starts here", maybe not with the cheapest set on the market, but certainly the best Besides the usual "stage" and "studio" configurations -which come complete with hardware and cymbals- the AQX package also includes a number of cool, compact shell kits like this Jungle set. A configuration of a 16x15" bass drum (including raiser), 10x7" rack tom, 13x12" floortom and 13x6" snaredrum. Included is the cymbal arm for the bass drum mount, but other hardware or cymbals are optional Available in 3 great colors; black midnight sparkle, blue ocean sparkle and red moon sparkle. A nice detail we find the natural hoop on each of the compact shell kits what just gives that vintage edge!
