The Performance Series bears all the hallmarks of custom drums. This snare features a polished and rolled 1mm brass shell for a focused and balanced attack, while offering darker tonality and complex overtones. This snare features Performance quarter-size lugs and TruePitch tuning tension rods to help you adjust your string sound with less slippage. In addition, DW's signature MAG throw-off and 3P butt plate work together to provide three different string tensions at the touch of a button. The polished shell provides a glossy, on-stage aesthetic that is perfect for live performances.
