LB508KR 14x08 Raw Hammered Bronze
After a few years of reviewing manufacturing processes, Ludwig has happily reintroduced the Supraphonic bronze snare drum. With this, Ludwig offers a blend of sound characteristics of wood and metal snare drums.
Bronze - a soft, dark metal often associated with cymbals - delivers a warm sound with a projection rarely found in wooden drums. The 8" deep seamless, raw shell of this bronze snare drum provides a round, resonant sound with a unique tonal character.
This particular model features 10 Imperial lugs, triple-flanged tension edges, a P88AC throw-off and a raw (raw) finish.
