The Slingerland Radio King Limited Edition Snare Drum is a faithful recreation of the iconic classic from the 1930s and 1940s. True to the original vintage design, this snare drum features a steam-bent, solid North American maple shell, complete with an authentic 30-degree rounded reinforcement ring. This produces a rich, deep, and warm tone. The snare is finished with nickel-plated hardware, including the signature 3-Point Strainer for precise tuning of the snare wires, Nickel-over-Brass Stick Chopper hoops, and—as the icing on the cake—engraved Radio King logos for an authentic vintage look. Each snare drum is individually numbered and signed by DW founder Don Lombardi. In addition, every snare comes with a calfskin head and a custom-made Radio King case. Only 50 of these exclusive models were produced worldwide.
